Ebony “EbonyJae” Hull, Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S), bringing over ten years of social service experience to uniquely care for people. She is highly effective in her clinical work by addressing the emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual needs of her clients. EbonyJae received both her Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work from the University of Akron. Her professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and Veterans in a variety of settings such as the home, school, and community. Ebony has assisted individuals to become more financially stable, manage mental health, develop healthy relationships, communicate effectively, and supported a myriad of family-related issues. EbonyJae began Enduring the Course Inc., to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and expand intervention options for people experiencing mental health concerns. Her Positive Parenting and Practitioner Principles were developed to support families, school officials, and other clinicians to positively manage mental health struggles.

Mastered Level Social Worker
Ebony Adams, Mastered Level Social Worker, brings over seven years of social service experience with the desire and heart to genuinely care for and meet the needs of the people. She is very aware and clinically focused to address the needs of the mental health population, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Ebony Adams received her Bachelor in Sociology from Alabama State University in 2009 and her Master of Social Work from Cleveland State University in 2013. Her professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, in Mental Health in a variety of settings such as the home, school, and community. Ebony has assisted individuals with becoming more aware of their Mental Illness and how to cope and address it. Ebony has also assisted relatives with learning how to cope with the illness of their loved one. Ebony Adams partnered with Ebony Hull to start Enduring the Course Inc., to increase understanding, reduce stigma, and expand intervention options for people experiencing mental health concerns. Ebony believes that these principles for Enduring Course Inc. are just what the community and world need to make a difference and effect change for the mental health population.
Odiri Omobien LSW MSSA
Odiri Omobien takes an active role in understanding social policies through service, teaching, research, and program development. Ms. Omobien is involved in the Health Care system and serves as a Social Worker within Population Health. Ms. Omobien is a General Practitioner of Social Work for the Medicare population, providing services in a family medicine practice for Medical Resident Education.
Ms. Omobien received an undergraduate degree from the University of Toledo focusing on Women’s and Gender Studies. Her research in this area led her to the Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences at Case Western Reserve University where she received her graduate degree in social work and earned her License as a social worker.
Sonja R. Pickett
Sonja R. Pickett, a native of Cleveland, Ohio, currently resides in Central Florida. This Social Work student and loving mother of 4 has a nurturing and compassionate heart for people which is exemplified by way of mentorship, coaching, and volunteering. Sonja is best known for her quiet nature, her unassuming love and passion for God, and her unique ability to express her heart through writing. In the past, Sonja was fortunate to be selected to serve as Chapter Director in Orlando of the international non-profit organization called Wife Talk, Inc. Time spent growing in this position helped to ignite a greater desire for purpose and a more intentionally lived life. Since then, Sonja has stepped out of her comfort zone to challenge her own self-limitations in order to pursue her dreams. She is now a Certified Master Life Coach, a Certified Mental Health Advocate, and currently holds the position of Vice President of a new Non-Profit Organization, Enduring The Course, Inc (ETC., Inc).
Armintha L. Caywood NRCCS
Office Assistant/ Billing Specialist
Armintha Caywood is the Billing Specialist and Office Assistant for Enduring the course Inc.
Armintha is mother of children with special needs. She became an advocate for individuals with special needs, as well as offers support for their families.
Armintha attended Kent State University where she studied
Pre-medicine and Special Needs Education and is a Nationally Certified Billing and Coding Specialist.
Armintha educates people on how to change their relationship with food and healthy eating, through meal prep and cooking classes. She earned her Associate of Arts in Culinary Arts at Cuyahoga Community College. As a former Food Service Director for a private school; she facilitated cooking and nutrition classes for children which helps with focus, critical thinking, nutrition and overall self esteem.
Leah Babb graduated from Kent State University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Spanish. After graduation, she began her career in the non-profit sector where she gained a wealth of experience in marketing/communications; fundraising; and media relations. After a short stint in corporate communications and direct sales, she obtained her real estate license in 2010. Her passion for helping people was the driving force behind her decision to obtain her Master of Social Work at Cleveland State University. She just started her second year in the program where she is taking classes in clinical social work, trauma and recovery, and gerontology. During her free time, she likes to hike, bike, and kayak and travel with her husband of 18 years.
